Bruce Ross


Career path of jobs with diverse and increasing responsibility that progressed from 1) commercial banking (16 years); to 2) investment banking (4 years); to 3) CEO of Lone Star Fasteners (now Lonestar Group) an international growth-oriented manufacturing business (5 years); to 4) managing partner of a multi-fund private equity firm (2008-2020). Significant experience in start-ups (8 total to date), growth through efficiency, as well as M&A strategic growth in complementary service and manufacturing lines, both domestic and international. Significant experience with public and private capital raising with time spent on over 16 company boards. Have negotiated numerous company acquisitions as well as sales to strategic and private equity buyers.

Pat Bond


Pat Bond has over 35 years’ experience in the energy business in various sales, management and c-suite roles. Pat has a long history with large and small companies and most recently served as President of a large privately held power generation company and appreciates the service model that accompanies power solution services. Through his career, Pat has lead companies through all aspects of business life including expansion and contraction, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital and restructuring. Pat serves on the board of Petroleum Equipment and Services Association (PESA) and also Permian Basin Petroleum Association (PBPA). Pat has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas and is married with 3 children.

Eric Carlos


Eric has worked in the Energy and Power industry for over 20 years including a global career at Solar Turbines Inc., where he held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility in Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Service. Living in Belgium and Singapore lead growth and expansion in Europe, Africa and Middle East, Pacific Asia, China and India. Primary market focus in upstream & midstream O&G Power & Gas Compression, along Industrial CHP Power Generation. He joined Siemens in March 2015 as part of the Dresser Rand / Rolls Royce $10 Billion acquisition team, successfully lead market growth of the expanded product and solution portfolio as Vice President of North and South America with expanded global responsibility for FPSO Market Segment. He left Siemens in February 2019 to form his own advisory and consulting company focused on flare gas reduction, and commercialization. Eric is a Graduate Electrical Engineering from The University of California, San Diego with a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Miami.

Over 15 years of C-suite experience at both private and publicly-traded companies. Extensive experience raising public (including IPOs) and private equity and debt, as well as mergers and acquisitions; executed $4.0+ billion in capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions.
