Brian has served in various management and commercial roles in both upstream and midstream companies since 2008. His most previous role was Chief Commercial Officer for Vaquero Midstream LLC, a Yorktown Energy private equity backed gatherer and processor in the prolific Delaware Basin. Prior to Vaquero, Brian was Vice President of Commercial for J-W Energy Company where he led the midstream activities for J-W Energy, a privately held, vertically integrated oil and gas company with significant exploration and production, midstream, rental compression and oil field service activities. Prior to entering the oil and gas industry, Brian spent 10 years in the defense industry working in various engineering and project management roles for Lockheed Martin Corporation, a fortune 100 company. Brian holds a Masters of Business Administration from SMU and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from TCU.

Bruce has over 35 years of experience with a career path of jobs of diverse and increasing responsibility that progressed from commercial banking (16 years); to investment banking (4 years); to CEO of growth-oriented manufacturing business (5 years); to managing partner of a multi-fund private equity firm (2008-2021). Bruce has significant experience in start-ups (8 total to date), growth through efficiency, as well as M&A strategic growth in complementary service and manufacturing lines, both domestic and international. Bruce has a strong core experience with public and private capital raising with time spent on over 16 company boards and negotiated numerous company sales to strategic combinations. Bruce is also the Chairman of Process Service Specialist (“PSS”), a refinery and industrial maintenance company, an Advisory Board member of both Amegy Bank (Houston) and Cadence Bank (Houston), and a former Board member of the Petroleum Equipment and Supplies Association (“PESA”). Bruce has a Bachelors of Science from SMU and continuing education classes at Harvard Business School.

Pat has over 35 years’ experience in the energy business in various sales, management and c-suite roles. Pat has a long history with large and small companies and most recently served as President of a large privately held power generation company and appreciates the service model that accompanies power solution services. Prior to that Pat enjoyed a long history with public companies like Halliburton Weatherford and Schlumberger where he led various initiatives in domestic and international markets. Through his career, Pat has lead companies through all aspects of business life including expansion and contraction, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital and restructuring. Pat serves on the board of Petroleum Equipment and Services Association (PESA) and also Permian Basin Petroleum Association (PBPA). Pat has a Bachelors of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas and is married with 3 children.
